Custom Art: I don't offer returns or refunds for custom art. However, I do offer exchanges or merchandise credit for a period of 90 days from the initial payment.

Original Art and Signed Printed Copies: I offer exchanges or merchandise credit for original art and signed printed copies within 90 days of the initial payment.

Live Event Art: If you have reserved a spot on my calendar for a live event and the event is postponed or canceled, I will be happy to arrange a date change with you whenever possible. In case a date change is not possible, I can offer you a credit for a future event or exchange for signed printed copies and merchandise. Please note that reservations for live events are non-refundable.

Wedding Cancelations and Other Circumstances: My policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to wedding cancelations, breakups, deaths, natural disasters, acts of God, and weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation, I will do my best to accommodate a date change or offer another service or artwork for the cost of the deposit.
